Location:Johannesburg, South Africa (Remote + customer travel)
Type:B2B Independent Contractor |OTE:$110,000 – $120,000 (75/25 split)

The Role

We are looking for aTechnical Account Manager (TAM)to own post-sale enterprise customer success across Sub-Saharan Africa. You will serve as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor, driving platform adoption, managing renewals, and ensuring top-tier cybersecurity clients realize maximum value from their security investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Success & Adoption:Lead post-sale onboarding, track platform health metrics, and ensure active feature usage across enterprise accounts.
• Executive Engagement:Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to CISOs and IT leaders, connecting technical usage to risk reduction.
• Retention & Growth:Identify account risks early to protect renewals, while collaborating with Sales to uncover expansion opportunities.
• Technical Orchestration:Act as the technical voice of the customer, handling configuration guidance, basic troubleshooting, and internal escalations.

What You Bring

• 4+ yearsin an enterprise customer-facing technical role (TAM, Technical CSM, SE) within Cybersecurity, Cloud, DLP, or Identity platforms.
• Strong technical baseline in enterprise IT, Windows OS, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and basic system troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to present comfortably to C-level executives while working hands-on with engineering and SOC teams.
• Self-starter mindset with sharp problem-solving skills and project management discipline.
