Privacy Policy

Last updated 6 October 2026. This is a plain-language summary drafted for launch; have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email and a hashed password.
• Profile data you choose to add: country, timezone, skills, work history, salary target, links.
• Content you create: resumes, application notes, interview notes, saved jobs and alerts.
• Privacy-safe usage events (for example “job viewed”, “search performed”). We do not log resume text.

How we use it

To run the service: show eligibility and match scores, store your documents and tracker, send alerts you request and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data.

Private by default

Resumes, notes, salary preferences and interview notes are visible only to you. Access is enforced on the server.

Your controls

From Settings you can export your data, delete individual datasets (resumes, applications, saved jobs, interviews) or delete your account, which removes your personal data. You can pause or unsubscribe from any alert.

Outbound links

When you click Apply we record the click (without personal content) and send you to the employer’s or source’s site, which has its own privacy practices.
