Help plan sitemaps and content architecture for new websites
Help create low-fidelity wireframes
Support QA on desktop and mobile before launch
Help create project portfolios and prepare case studies
Research and trial AI tools that can improve each stage of our web process
Stay on top of website and UI/UX trends and share what's worth adopting
What you'll bring
A genuine interest in UI/UX and how people use websites
Familiarity with wireframing tools such as Figma
Strong organization and attention to detail
Clear written communication, especially when drafting questions for clients
Curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to test new ways of working
Experience with a project management tool such as ClickUp, Asana or Monday
Our tools
ClickUp, Figma, Relume and a growing set of AI design tools.
Nice to have
A portfolio showing wireframes, sitemaps or UX case studies
Basic understanding of responsive design and cross-device testing
Agency experience
Your first 90 days
Running ClickUp independently across all client projects
