Our solutions empower hoteliers to effortlessly showcase their accommodations, boosting visibility and attracting a broader audience.

Our mission is to create, distribute, and operate the most convenient travel products. We constantly innovate and break the rules of the highly complex travel industry to make travel more widely available for individuals, more rewarding for professionals, and simpler for everyone.

This is a remote vacancy open to candidates who are willing to work in the European time zone and are qualified to practice law in England & Wales, the US or an EU Member State.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Contracting
    • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and public-facing legal documentation supporting business operations, growth and risk management.
    • Structuring contractual frameworks, identifying legal and commercial risks and providing practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Product & Business Support
    • Supporting the design and launch of new travel products, booking flows, payment solutions and commercial models across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Advising on booking flows, ancillary products, customer journeys, cancellation and refund mechanics, and other customer-facing features from a legal and regulatory perspective.
    • Partnering with cross-functional teams to design compliant business, contractual and payment flows and ensure alignment with applicable legal requirements.
    • Supporting international expansion initiatives, including market entry projects, local regulatory assessments and implementation of new business models.
  • Regulatory, Payments & Expansion

    • Advising on legal and regulatory requirements applicable to online travel businesses, including consumer protection, e-commerce, travel regulation, package travel, intermediary liability, payment regulation and digital platform regulation.
    • Advising on payment flows, merchant models, PSP integrations and regulatory implications of international payment structures.
    • Leading implementation of regulatory changes, managing external counsel across multiple jurisdictions and translating local legal advice into practical, scalable business solutions.

Requirements

  • Qualified to practise law in England & Wales, the United States or an EU Member State.
  • 7+ years of post-qualification experience, including significant in-house legal experience supporting international consumer technology, digital platform or travel technology businesses operating across the EU, UK and US.
  • Substantial in-house legal experience supporting an Online Travel Agency (OTA), bedbank, travel marketplace, travel distribution platform or travel technology business operating internationally.
  • Strong experience in international contracting, including agreements governed by common law and civil law jurisdictions, as well as cross-border commercial matters.
  • Strong understanding of EU, UK and US legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to online travel businesses, including consumer protection, e-commerce, package travel, intermediary liability, payment regulation, digital platform regulation and privacy laws applicable to consumer-facing digital services.
  • Experience supporting commercial and product legal matters across multiple European jurisdictions (including common-law and civil-law systems) and North America.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex international legal matters and coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage stakeholders and drive implementation of legal solutions.
  • Ability to assess, communicate and mitigate legal risks in a practical and business-oriented manner.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Benefits

  • Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely.
  • Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together.
  • Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities.
  • Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences.
