Job Responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior IT Agile Project Manager who goes beyond managing timelines to take ownership of technology execution and business results.

You'll join our PMO team to lead cross-functional IT initiatives, connect business strategy with technology delivery, and optimize the frameworks and processes that enable our teams to operate at scale.

Your mission: Turn complexity into execution, align teams around priorities, and ensure technology projects deliver measurable business impact.

What You'll Own

• Project Execution: Lead multiple technology projects and programs from planning through launch, ensuring quality, timelines, and business outcomes.

• Strategic Alignment: Translate business priorities and OKRs into actionable project roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans.

• Agile Delivery: Coordinate Scrum ceremonies, optimize sprint execution, and improve team productivity across IT squads.

• Portfolio Management: Manage project dependencies, resource allocation, priorities, risks, and delivery commitments across teams.

• ERP & Integrations: Coordinate ERP and integration initiatives, supporting development workflows and IT business processes.

• Operational Excellence: Champion Trafilea's Operational Framework and continuously improve project management processes and team efficiency.

• Stakeholder Management: Align IT leaders, Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to drive accountability and decisions.

• Planning & Prioritization: Support quarterly planning, backlog management, squad structures, and prioritization methodologies.

• Performance & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, project dashboards, and execution progress, driving data-informed improvements through Asana.

Requirements

IT Project Management: Strong experience leading complex technology projects and programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

Agile Expertise: Solid knowledge of Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile delivery practices.

Technical Understanding: Experience working with software development teams, ERP systems, integrations, and IT workflows.

Project Management Tools: Hands-on experience with Asana or similar platforms, plus familiarity with Confluence, Slack, and Lucidchart.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect business objectives with technology execution, project priorities, and measurable results.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making.

Process Optimization: Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to workflows and operational performance.

Stakeholder Leadership: Ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment.

Ownership & Execution: Proactive, organized, adaptable, and results-oriented, with strong communication and prioritization skills.
