About the role

LotusFlare is a provider of cloud-native SaaS products. Headquartered in Silicon Valley and founded by the team that helped scale Facebook to over a billion users, our mission is to make affordable mobile communications accessible to everyone on the planet.

We design, build, and continuously evolve a powerful digital commerce and monetisation platform, Digital Network Operator® (DNO™) Cloud, that drives valuable business outcomes for global telecom operators. Today, it is trusted by Deutsche Telekom, T-Mobile, A1, Globe, Liberty Latin America, MTN, Singtel and others to run strategic businesses that support millions of users globally.

We are also the company behind Nomad (), one of the world’s leading travel eSIM solutions. Nomad gives travellers fast, affordable mobile data in 200+ destinations worldwide, all through a seamless iOS, Android, or web experience.

LotusFlare’s momentum continues to accelerate. We recently announced a strategic partnership and equity investment from Ericsson, further strengthening our market position and global reach.

To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to lead a key US account.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall account relationship for a strategic Communications Service Provider (CSP) account, driving long-term growth, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.

  • Develop and execute a multi-year account growth strategy, identifying opportunities to expand LotusFlare’s footprint through new products, business units, and use cases.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer executives and key stakeholders across business, technology, procurement, and operations.

  • Lead the end-to-end commercial lifecycle for account opportunities, including opportunity identification, qualification, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, contracting, and closure.

  • Partner with Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful solution delivery, customer adoption, and ongoing value realization.

  • Act as the primary commercial escalation point for the customer, proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring executive alignment.

  • Collaborate with Product Management to communicate customer feedback, influence product roadmap priorities, and identify opportunities for innovation.

  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to manage contract renewals, amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Requests (CRs), Purchase Orders, and commercial governance.

  • Maintain accurate account forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and revenue projections through disciplined CRM management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, sales, business development, or consulting within the telecommunications software industry.

  • At least 5 years of experience selling or managing telecom BSS, digital commerce, or OSS/BSS software platforms.

  • Demonstrated success managing and scaling strategic enterprise accounts, with a track record of driving revenue growth through cross-sell, upsell, and long-term customer partnerships.

  • Strong understanding of the North American telecommunications market and the commercial and operational challenges faced by Communications Service Providers.

  • Experience working with one or more major North American telecom operators (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Comcast, Bell Canada, TELUS, Rogers).

  • Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders while navigating complex customer organizations.

  • Experience leading commercial negotiations, contract renewals, pricing discussions, and enterprise software agreements.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience coordinating Sales Engineering, Product Management, Delivery, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.

  • Ability to understand customer business objectives and align LotusFlare’s platform capabilities and product roadmap to deliver measurable business value.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and executive engagement skills, including the ability to lead business reviews, executive workshops, product demonstrations, and RFP/RFI responses where required.

  • Highly organized, commercially driven, and able to operate independently while managing multiple strategic initiatives within a complex enterprise account.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package

  • Paid lunch (In the office)

  • Private healthcare

  • Yearly bonus

  • Training and workshops

  • Top-of-the-class engineers to learn from and work with
