About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to support the development and delivery of digital products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing product backlogs, translating business requirements into actionable user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver products that meet business and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business objectives, customer needs, and stakeholder feedback.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, developers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Define product requirements and ensure the development team understands priorities and expected outcomes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align product features with business goals.
- Review and accept completed user stories based on agreed acceptance criteria.
- Support product roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and release management.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure clear communication of product priorities, requirements, and delivery expectations across distributed teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a related product management role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Proven experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Experience collaborating with software development teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing requirements and make informed product decisions.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
