Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Advice Production: Prepare high-quality, compliant Statements of Advice (SOA) with a focus on personal insurance (Life, TPD, Trauma, IP).

• Efficiency & SLAs: Maintain a high turnaround rate, ensuring advice documents are delivered within agreed timeframes without sacrificing quality.

• Technical Research: Conduct in-depth research on insurance products and market trends to ensure strategies are competitive and fit-for-purpose.

• Compliance Excellence: Achieve a 100% compliance pass rate by staying meticulous with internal templates and regulatory standards.

• Process Innovation: Identify and implement 1-2 workflow or template upgrades per quarter to help us scale.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of solid experience in Paraplanning (Australian market exposure is essential).

  • Expertise in personal insurance strategies and underwriting nuances.

  • Proficiency in Australian financial planning software (e.g., Xplan, Risk Researcher).

  • Exceptional written and spoken English.

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Relevant certifications (DFP, ADFP, or RegCert).

  • Experience in high-volume, fully remote environments.
