Job Summary

Primary Duties

• Execution of the new hire onboarding process (send out welcome letter, offer letter, onboarding paperwork, first timesheet instructions)

• Notify internal Pinnacle stakeholders of candidate updates, concerns, and opportunities

• Actively communicate with suppliers, candidates, partners, and other parties regarding onboarding details

• Initiate, track, and complete pre-employment screens

• Complete all post-hire requirements and clearance audit
