LinkedIn Engagement Specialist Part-time

And we’re looking for a LinkedIn Engagement Specialist Part-time to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Pre-post engagement: Spend ~45 minutes before a scheduled post scrolling the founders' feeds, liking, saving, and writing high-quality, human-sounding comments on relevant industry posts.

• Manual publishing: Unschedule the already-written posts and manually hit "Post now" at the intended time.

• Post-post engagement: Spend another ~45 minutes after publishing, scrolling the feed, commenting, and replying to comments left on the founders' new posts.

• Comment triage: Initially flag hot leads or sensitive comments rather than replying directly. As they get more comfortable and calibrated, they can begin answering routine comments themselves.

• VPN management: Track where the founders are traveling and adjust the VPN location accordingly so LinkedIn doesn't flag the accounts.

• Platform management: Use Slack and Notion, taking direction primarily from the client but getting direct feedback from the founders on comment quality.

Qualifications:

• They must write high-quality, natural-sounding comments that are relevant to tech and go-to-market topics, specifically avoiding generic "AI slop."

• Must be very comfortable living on the platform (LinkedIn) —managing two profiles, manually publishing posts, and actively engaging with feeds.

• “Some sense of knowing the tech industry, knowing go-to-market" so their engagement is meaningful.

• They need to know what AI-generated text sounds like specifically so they *don't* write like that.

• Must be cognitive enough to manage and change a VPN location as the clients travel.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 11 AM - 3 PM CET | 20 hours per week | Part-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to 24K/month, depending on experience
