Working Hours & Conditions: Remote - Philippines

Requirements

The company designs and fabricates premium steel planter boxes that are CNC cut, folded, and welded in-house by its dedicated craft and manufacturing team. Operating as a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand via Shopify, the business takes pride in delivering durable, high-quality architectural planter systems directly to homeowners and landscape enthusiasts. With in-house fabrication and made-to-order manufacturing capabilities, the brand focuses on merging industrial design precision with modern digital e-commerce.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an Inventory & Integration Manager to oversee the complete product lifecycle—from raising purchase orders to receiving, warehousing, order dispatch, and inventory relief. This role is the operational backbone connecting Shopify and Unleashed, ensuring that sales orders, stock counts, SKU catalogs, and pricing data remain perfectly synchronized. You will manage carrier logistics, troubleshoot sync exceptions, and provide real-time inventory visibility to internal teams to prevent stockouts or overselling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage inventory across the full cycle: raise and track purchase orders, receive and check stock, record it in Unleashed, and take it out of stock as it’s sold and shipped
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics with couriers, freight providers, and our production and dispatch team, including labels, tracking, delivery issues, damaged or lost goods, and returns
  • Run regular stock counts, investigate variances, and handle adjustments and write-offs
  • Own the Shopify to Unleashed integration for sales orders, stock levels, products, and pricing
  • Monitor syncs daily, find and fix errors, and reconcile stock discrepancies between the two systems
  • Keep product, SKU, and pricing data consistent across Shopify and Unleashed
  • Make sure orders flow correctly from the online store into Unleashed, including edited, cancelled, and partially fulfilled orders
  • Manage made-to-order and long lead-time items so the store shows accurate availability
  • Use Unleashed’s reporting and forecasting to flag items and materials that need reordering, and support purchasing decisions
  • Work with Unleashed support and the connector provider when problems go beyond configuration
  • Document how inventory, fulfilment, and the integration work, what can fail, and how to fix it
  • Pass accurate stock and availability information to our marketing team so ads promote what we can actually ship

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven hands-on background managing full-cycle inventory workflows (purchase orders, receiving, physical counts, sales deduction, and dispatch).
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating e-commerce logistics, domestic freight carriers, courier tracking, and freight claim management.
  • Prior technical experience connecting e-commerce storefronts to inventory or ERP systems, with proven ability to diagnose and repair sync failures.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Shopify administration (products, variant structures, inventory tracking, order adjustments, and third-party apps).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a systematic, disciplined approach to investigating stock variances and data discrepancies.
  • Fluent written English communication skills and ability to run supply chain and inventory workflows independently in a remote environment.

PREFERRED:

  • Hands-on proficiency with Unleashed inventory management software, or equivalent systems (e.g., Cin7, Katana, inFlow, Fishbowl, or NetSuite).
  • Prior operational experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or custom made-to-order environment utilizing Bills of Materials (BOM).
  • Working familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) and API data formats.
  • Familiarity with accounting platforms such as Xero.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Methodical problem-solving habits that prioritize root-cause analysis over quick, temporary fixes.
  • Strong organizational ability to coordinate multiple carriers, dispatch deadlines, and suppliers simultaneously without losing track of details.
  • Clear, process-oriented communication that translates complex data mappings and inventory statuses into transparent documentation for the entire team.
