Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design with strong branding capability.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with brand development including logo design, typography, and layout systems.A strong portfolio demonstrating branding work and digital design across platforms.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is highly regarded.
• Ability to work independently, take creative direction, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content that performs on digital and social platforms, particularly vertical short-form formats.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with creative and account teams.

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and execute branding concepts, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all materials.
• Design marketing collateral, digital ads, social media graphics, and client assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Create high-quality visuals for websites, email campaigns, landing pages, and presentations.
• Work with the team to develop client branding deliverables, including logos, brand guidelines, and design systems.
• Design content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Translate marketing strategy into creative concepts across both static and video formats.
• Ensure creative consistency across campaigns and collaborate with developers and content teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends, design innovations, and best practices.
• Manage multiple design requests while maintaining a high standard of quality and meeting deadlines.
