Graphic Designer – Brand & Marketing

About the Company
Our client is a rapidly growing coffee roasting and manufacturing business supplying private-label and branded coffee to major retailers and businesses across the United States.
As the company continues to grow its portfolio of brands and customer base, they are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support their marketing and sales teams with high-quality creative work.

The Role
This is a varied creative role combining graphic design, AI-generated imagery, brand
consistency and marketing presentations.
You will be responsible for creating and adapting visual assets across the company's brands, preparing artwork for film and packaging suppliers, and developing polished marketing decks
and presentations that the sales team can use with customers.
The ideal candidate will be both creative and technically minded, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with design files and templates.

Key Responsibilities
● Create and edit high-quality graphic assets for the company's brands
● Develop and work with AI-generated images and creative assets
● Combine images, graphics and design elements into polished marketing materials
● Work with existing brand templates and ensure visual consistency across different brands
● Prepare artwork and files for submission to film, packaging and print suppliers
● Review artwork and layouts to ensure they meet production requirements
● Communicate with external suppliers regarding artwork, layouts and file requirements
● Adapt designs for different brands, products and customer requirements
● Create professional marketing decks and presentations for the sales team
● Develop customer-facing presentations that clearly showcase products and brands
● Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand creative requirements
● Organise and maintain design files and templates
● Help improve and standardise the company's existing creative processes and templates

Requirements

● Previous experience in graphic design
● Strong understanding of design principles, layouts and visual composition
● Experience creating marketing presentations or sales decks
● Experience working with AI-generated imagery and AI creative tools
● Comfortable working with design files and preparing artwork for production
● Strong attention to detail, particularly around brand consistency and file preparation
● Ability to work confidently with templates and existing brand guidelines
● Strong communication skills and ability to work with external suppliers
● Excellent organizational skills
● Ability to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines
● Strong written and spoken English

Preferred Experience

Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva or similar design platforms would be highly beneficial.

Experience working with packaging, print, film, labels or other production artwork would also be a strong advantage.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who can combine creativity with precision.

You'll need to be comfortable taking a brief, producing polished creative work and then making sure the final files are technically correct and ready to be used by suppliers.

You should also have a strong eye for branding and consistency, ensuring that every
presentation, image and piece of artwork feels aligned with the company's brands.

This role would suit a versatile Graphic Designer who enjoys variety and wants to work across AI imagery, brand design, production artwork and customer-facing marketing presentations.
