About SiTime

SiTime is the Precision Timing company.

Timing is the heartbeat of all electronics, ensuring performance, resilience and scalability. For decades, quartz devices, non-silicon technology, have kept systems in sync, but they struggle in harsher, more demanding environments. MEMS-based Precision Timing delivers greater accuracy, smaller size and resilience. Today, MEMS timing powers over 400 applications, including high-growth ones in AI datacenters, automated driving, industrial and humanoid robots, wearables and IoT.

Our semiconductor MEMS programmable solutions offer a rich feature set that enables customers to differentiate their products with higher performance, smaller size, lower power, and better reliability. With more than 4 billion devices shipped, SiTime is changing the timing industry. For more information, visit: www.sitime.com.

Job Summary

As SiTime’s Field Marketing Manager for EMEA, you are the regional marketing lead responsible for translating global campaigns and product launches into programs that build awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline. Reporting to the Director, Growth Marketing and partnering with EMEA sales leadership, you are the voice of the region within corporate marketing; bringing local market intelligence, sales insights & priorities, and program performance data to inform marketing investments & programs across EMEA.

This is SiTime's first dedicated field marketing hire in EMEA, so you will help build the regional playbook, leveraging global campaigns and programs while bringing regional insight and recommendations back to the corporate team. You will establish an operating rhythm with sales, activate distribution and rep partners, and ensure global programs land effectively in local markets.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success building and executing regional marketing plans that generate qualified pipeline against the objectives of a named sales territory.
  • Working knowledge of EMEA country and regional dynamics; differences in buying behavior, design activity, media landscape, language, and business culture across Germany, the UK, France, the Nordics, Italy, Israel, and emerging markets in the region.
  • Ability to localize global campaigns and messaging for regional relevance — adapting content, channels, and offers to how the region actually buys, rather than translating them.
  • Proven experience owning regional events end to end: trade shows, seminars, webinars, customer roundtables, and partner activities, including objectives, booth strategy, logistics, staffing, budget, and lead follow-up.
  • Experience marketing through distribution and rep channels such as partner enablement, co-marketing programs, MDF planning, and joint demand generation.
  • Ability to work in direct partnership with regional sales leadership: joint account targeting, agreed pipeline objectives, lead follow-up SLAs, and regular pipeline reviews.
  • Ownership of a regional program budget, with clear reporting on spend, pipeline contribution, and ROMI by country, program, and account.
  • Hands-on fluency with marketing automation, CRM, and BI reporting to build regional campaign flows, track lead flow through to sales, and report performance without waiting on corporate.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to operate independently across time zones, cultures, and competing regional priorities.
  • It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.
  • nglish proficiency is required, including the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and perform job responsibilities in a professional business environment.

Desired Characteristics & Attributes:

  • Minimum 7+ years in field, regional, or channel marketing within the semiconductor, electronic components, or high-technology industry, including direct EMEA responsibility.
  • Based in EMEA, able to travel across the region approximately 30% of the time, and effective working with a US-headquartered marketing team.
  • Business-level English required; German, French, or an additional regional language strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the EMEA electronics event calendar (embedded world, electronica, and the key regional and vertical conferences) and a point of view on where to invest and where not to.
  • Established relationships with, or strong working knowledge of, EMEA distribution and rep partners (Arrow, Avnet/EBV, Future, Mouser, Digi-Key, Farnell) and the regional trade media landscape.
  • Understanding of the region’s priority end markets — automotive, industrial and automation, aerospace and defense, telecom infrastructure, and datacenter — and how design-win cycles differ across them.
  • Practical command of GDPR and regional data privacy requirements as they govern event data capture, lead handling, and email programs.
  • Comfortable building process from scratch, prioritizing without a template, and asking for what the region needs.
  • Experience applying AI tools to accelerate localization, content adaptation, and regional reporting.
  • Known for building trust quickly with sales teams and partners, with superb verbal, presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing, communications, business, or related field; technical or engineering background a plus.
