Key Responsibilities
- Process access requests (new access, transfers, terminations) received via mailbox/ITSM and structured tickets
- Validate requests against policy and provision/de-provision access across vendor portals
- Update and maintain the entitlement inventory
- Support same-day termination processing for leavers (JML triggers from HR)
- Assist with invoice reconciliation and flagging idle/unused licenses
- Prepare evidence packs for recertification and vendor audits
- Flag anomalies in usage or billing for Team Lead review
