About the role

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV are built for the speed, scale and economics that AI and analytics demand. Together they unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects, across core, edge and cloud. MinIO is trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100 and is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications and autonomous agents secure, persist and unlock the full value of their data.

We are hiring a hands-on marketing leader to bring MinIO’s global strategy to life across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Working alongside core teams focused on global messaging and partner programs, you will translate corporate initiatives into localized execution that drives pipeline across EMEA’s key markets.

You will own the regional marketing plan, budget, and calendar, collaborating closely with EMEA Sales, Channel & Alliances, and Global Marketing. Success is measured by regional pipeline and revenue growth. As MinIO’s regional marketing lead, you will serve as our primary voice in a rapidly growing AI infrastructure market driven by sovereign AI, AI factory buildouts, and regulated industries.

What You Will Do

Field Marketing

  • Turn global campaigns and launches into localized, account-based programs: executive dinners, technical workshops, roundtables, and roadshows that move mid- and late-funnel deals forward.
  • Build and run the EMEA field marketing calendar around regional pipeline targets and sales segment priorities.
  • Support MinIO’s presence at key EMEA industry events (e.g., LEAP, GITEX), including partner co-sponsorships, joint demos and side events.
  • Work with global digital demand, ABM, and product marketing teams to adapt content and assets for EMEA languages, markets, and buyers.

Channel Partner Marketing

  • Execute global partner programs in EMEA in close alignment with Corporate Partner Marketing. For global focus partners with a significant EMEA presence, lead regional execution within joint plans.
  • Build and manage joint marketing plans with European channel partners, covering target accounts, joint plays, quarterly milestones, and shared KPIs.
  • Run co-marketing initiatives that accelerate deal registrations, including partner events, webinars, ABM campaigns, digital programs, and co-branded content.
  • Adapt global partner toolkits and playbooks for regional partners and drive ongoing adoption.

Tech Alliance Partner Events

  • Partner with Corporate Alliance Marketing to execute joint programs with key tech partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Databricks, HUMAIN, Datadog), providing regional expertise and market insights.
  • Collaborate with partners’ regional marketing teams on local events, joint demonstrations, and campaigns targeting shared customers.
  • Identify EMEA-specific joint use cases and target segments, including sovereign AI, regulated industries, and AI factory buildouts.

Measurement & Impact

  • Marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline by program type
  • Lead generation volume and conversion rates by channel and region
  • Deal registration growth and partner-sourced revenue
  • Event ROI (cost per opportunity, audience acquisition, post-event engagement)

Your Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years leading field, partner, or event marketing in EMEA for infrastructure, cloud, data, or storage software.
  • Proven track record of translating global strategy into regional execution and results within a matrixed organization.
  • Hands-on channel and alliance experience executing joint demand generation programs that deliver measurable pipeline.
  • Deep familiarity with EMEA resellers, distributors, and systems integrators (e.g., Computacenter, SVA, Fujitsu), including their marketing planning and budget cycles.
  • Analytical mindset with experience building performance dashboards, evaluating data, and optimizing budget allocation based on performance.
  • Strong operational knowledge of EMEA regional nuances, including buyer behavior, partner routes to market, and compliance standards such as GDPR.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% across the region.
  • London, UK area preferred.
