About VulnCheck
Exploitation prevention is only as strong as the intelligence driving those efforts, and most of the industry is still running on intelligence that lacks exploit context. VulnCheck, The Exploit Intelligence Company, delivers structured exploit intelligence on what is actively weaponized in the wild, purpose-built for the data lakes, ETL pipelines, automation, and AI and LLM workflows your infrastructure already runs on, raising the capability of everything it powers.
About the Role
VulnCheck is seeking a Director of Field Marketing to own the strategy and execution of regional marketing across the U.S. and international markets. This is a strategic, revenue-facing role that partners directly with regional sales leaders and territory owners to build and run integrated marketing plans tailored to each region's target accounts.
Working hand-in-hand with sales, you'll craft regional plans that blend events, account-based marketing, digital campaigns and other marketing tactics to drive on-the-ground success. Part of the regional program mix will include the execution of partner-related activities as well. You will also drive the planning, and execution of major standalone events that sit outside any single region. You'll also lead a small but growing team.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and operator: someone who can sit at the table with sales, translate territory goals into marketing plans, and then make them happen.
What You'll Do
Regional Marketing Strategy & Sales Partnership
- Partner directly with regional sales leaders and territory owners to build integrated marketing plans mapped to each region's target account list
- Design region-specific program mixes spanning events, ABM, social, and direct mail to drive pipeline and accelerate deals
- Roll regional plans up into the broader company marketing plan, aligning priorities, budget, and measurement
- Own regional pipeline and revenue contribution as a shared goal with sales
Program Execution
- Drive end-to-end execution of regional plans, coordinating across marketing, sales, and operations
- Manage the ABM motion in partnership with sales, including targeting, orchestration, and follow-through on priority accounts
Partner Marketing
- Own the planning and execution of partner marketing activities as part of regional and company plans
- Coordinate with partners on joint programs, events, and demand generation
Flagship & Standalone Events
- Lead the strategy and planning of major events that fall outside regional plans, directing execution through your team
- Key events include VulnCheck’s THREATCON1 conference, RSAC, Black Hat, and ISAC summits, among others
- Own event objectives, experience, budget, and measurable outcomes end to end
Team Leadership
- Hire, manage, and develop an events and field marketing specialist focused on event logistics, swag, and execution
- Set priorities and delegate execution across regional, partner, and flagship programs
- Grow the team as regional marketing scales
Measurement & Operations
- Define and report on the metrics that matter: pipeline, influenced revenue, and program ROI by region
- Build the playbooks, calendars, and processes that let regional marketing scale
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years in field marketing, regional marketing, or integrated demand generation, including time in a strategic or leadership capacity
- Proven track record building marketing plans in close partnership with sales and driving measurable pipeline
- Experience across the full program mix (events, ABM, social, direct mail) and partner marketing
- Experience owning large-scale events end to end
- Experience hiring, managing, and developing direct reports
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
- Ability to support U.S. and international programs across multiple time zones
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience in B2B tech, cybersecurity, or SaaS environments
