Key Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for executing, activating, and managing all tactical plans developed by the Engagement Strategy team. This role works closely with the broader Engagement Planning team to ensure execution aligns with approved tactical plans while partnering with the Buying Services Department (BSD) at Compas to ensure seamless and accurate campaign execution.

• Apply introductory knowledge of how media influences and engages target audiences.

• Develop proficiency in CMI planning tools, including Empower, MAP, and MediaVitals.

• Assist in the development and execution of tactical plans across:

  • Display Advertising

  • Custom Digital Programs

  • Email Marketing

  • Print Media

  • Point of Care (POC)

  • Conferences

• Partner with the Compas Buying Services Department (BSD) to execute contracts for all assigned media channels.

• Assist in creating production grids and gathering creative specifications for agency partners.

• Meet with supplier partners to stay informed on existing and emerging media technologies.

• Support brand-specific engagement planning and execution activities.

• Ensure media performance aligns with brand objectives and established benchmarks.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills & Experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data effectively.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Capable of managing day-to-day operational tasks while supporting broader strategic initiatives.
