Location: London, UK (Must be fluent in Ukrainian/Russian and English)
We are looking for a proactive, bilingual Delivery Coordinator to bridge the gap between our production and our customers across the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for the final mile and beyond—managing the movement of goods from our production facilities, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring our digital storefront reflects every successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for our production team, ensuring orders are ready for dispatch.
- Route & Schedule Management: Use routing software to plan deliveries and contact clients directly to confirm timing.
- Active Delivery Oversight: Provide real-time support during delivery windows, troubleshooting delays or access issues as they happen.
- Strategic Sourcing: Source and vet new delivery partners in the UK and EU.
- E-commerce Fulfilment: Upload delivery photos to the website and manage the order fulfilment status.
- Feedback and repairs: Handle repairs and feedback arising from deliveries.
Required Skills & Experience
- Languages: Native or professional fluency in Ukrainian/Russian and conversational English is mandatory.
- Logistics Experience: Proven track record in managing shipments, ideally involving cross-border movements and knowledge of Incoterms.
- Tech Savvy: Experienced with routing software and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, etc.).
- Attentive to detail and highly organised.
- Scalability Mindset: Interest or experience in global logistics (experience with Chinese manufacturing/shipping is a major plus).
- Hands-on Attitude: You are comfortable being online during delivery days when they are on weekends, to ensure everything goes right.
What We Offer
- Flexibility: Remote work with no office requirement—work from anywhere.
- Compensation: A competitive salary and benefits package.
- Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career progression within a dynamic, supportive team environment.
- Prestige: The chance to work with a leading e-commerce platform in the high-end furniture industry in the UK.
