Position Overview:We are seeking a Data Analyst to support both daily operations and strategic initiatives by building and maintaining data models, dashboards, and automation tools. Reporting to the Solutions Architect -- and working directly with the CEO, you'll be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights through Excel, Power BI, and lightweight automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain advanced Excel models and operational reports.
• Create and manage VBA macros to automate repetitive tasks and transform data.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI (or comparable BI tools).
• Collaborate with teams to understand and deliver on reporting needs.
• Document data workflows and technical solutions.
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
• Experience with VBA for automation.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or comparable tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, Make.com).
• Exposure to low-code app development (e.g., Power Apps, AppSheet).
• Basic proficiency in Python or SQL.
• Background in process improvement or workflow optimization.
