Your Role:
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will:

• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live web chat.
• Verify customer orders and confirm shipping details.
• Process product returns, exchanges, and account refunds.
• Recommend products and drive sales during customer interactions.
• Log call notes and update customer records in CRM systems.

What you need

Non-negotiables:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Minimum typing speed of 50–55+ WPM with high accuracy.
• Dedicated private work environment with 25+ Mbps internet and backup connection.
• Physical and mental fitness with a strong work ethic and attendance commitment.
• Flexibility to switch between voice, chat, and email channels on shifting schedules.

Preferred skills/experience:

• Prior experience in e-commerce support, retail sales, or BPO contact centers (fresh graduates accepted).
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and live chat tools.
• Background in handling order tracking systems and return authorizations.
• Experience in upselling or consultative sales.
