- Evaluate and select production partners, platforms, venues, and vendors
- Develop and oversee complex project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across content, community, social, and event workstreams
- Lead internal and external production and campaign calls, often advising senior stakeholders on difficult matters and adapting your style to differing audiences
- Drive meeting agendas, evaluate critical factors, and ensure execution of strategic action items
- Manage and independently optimize the flow of deliverables and receivables across creative, editorial, social, and production teams
- Independently manage and negotiate core services including production talent and crews, community moderation, social publishing, and event logistics (venues, transportation, accommodation, catering)
- Anticipate program risks and proactively communicate strategic adjustments to timelines and scope
- Build and enhance robust networks with key external vendors, creators, and industry partners
- Serve as the connective tissue between sales, creative, editorial, social, and production teams, continually assessing vendor and platform performance to optimize program success
You Have...
- 3+ years of experience managing integrated marketing, content, or event programs (agency, publisher, or brand side)
- Working knowledge of custom video production, advertorial/branded content, community management, and social media campaign execution
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools and the Microsoft/Google suite
- Willingness to travel and spend time on the ground at events as needed
- Sophisticated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select the right course of action
