About the role
- Lead requirements elicitation and analysis through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
- Prepare and maintain user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process descriptions
- Support presales activities including RFP/RFQ analysis, scope clarification, assumptions, risks, and dependencies
- Participate in project estimation together with PMs, Tech Leads, and Solution Architects
- Facilitate Discovery phases and help structure solution scope and priorities
- Manage and prioritize requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain traceability of requirements and support change management
- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, design, product, and project management teams
- Support backlog refinement, release planning, and UAT activities
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in requirements and raise them proactively
- Communicate effectively with Customers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare clear documentation in Jira, Confluence, and other project tools
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
- Strong requirements engineering skills
- Experience with stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
- Practical experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC
- Ability to work with ambiguous or incomplete requirements and structure them effectively
- Experience with user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, BPMN/UML, and process modeling
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and basic system architecture concepts
- Experience participating in Discovery and/or presales activities
- Ability to define scope, assumptions, dependencies, and risks
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of BA activities

- Experience with API/interface specifications
