  • Carry out legal and regulatory research (contracts, consumer, data protection, corporate, betting/gaming law) and draft junior-level memos and opinions
  • Help with corporate housekeeping: entity records, corporate acts, registrations and filings

  • Assist the Compliance teams (Brazil, Mexico and other markets.) with policy drafts, regulatory checks and internal processes;
  • Handle internal legal requests from business teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, HR), sorting and routing them under the Legal Counsel’s supervision;
  • Prepare reports and status updates for leadership and stakeholders;
  • Support certification and compliance projects end-to-end: scheduling, tracking progress, coordinating with testing labs (ATFs), preparing documentation for audits and regulator submissions;
  • Interface with external certification bodies, testing labs, third-party vendors, and regulators;
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and status updates for leadership & stakeholders

What you'll bring:

  • Complete Law bachelor's degree and active BAR membership;
