Technical Product Owner (Strategy & Execution) | About You

As a Technical Product Owner (Strategy & Execution), you will help shape and execute technology strategy across enterprise digital initiatives, serving as the bridge between business leadership and technical delivery teams. You will partner with senior stakeholders, architects, engineers, and Agile teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and can comfortably navigate cloud, data, analytics, AI, and platform initiatives while balancing long-term vision with day-to-day delivery priorities.

Technical Product Owner (Strategy & Execution) | Day-to-Day

• Partner with business and technology leaders to define strategic priorities, technology roadmaps, investment opportunities, and measurable business outcomes.
• Translate business objectives and technology strategy into actionable product roadmaps, requirements, prioritized backlogs, and delivery plans.
• Lead execution across cloud, data, analytics, AI, and enterprise platform initiatives, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, Scrum teams, and Release Train Engineers.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery roadblocks across multiple initiatives while ensuring alignment between strategic goals and technology execution.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and decision-making across competing priorities, providing executive-level recommendations, status updates, business cases, and value propositions.
• Track delivery progress and business outcomes while proactively identifying gaps, improvement opportunities, and solutions that increase value across the technology portfolio.
• Coordinate delivery activities across cross-functional, geographically distributed, and offshore teams while maintaining clear accountability and communication.

Technical Product Owner (Strategy & Execution) | Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or similar technology delivery role, with experience driving enterprise-scale initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Proven ability to combine technology strategy with hands-on execution, including roadmap development, portfolio planning, backlog management, prioritization, and value realization.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data platforms, analytics, AI/ML-enabled solutions, and modern enterprise architecture, with the ability to effectively engage architects and engineering teams.
• Strong Product Ownership and Agile delivery experience, including defining requirements, managing backlogs, coordinating dependencies, and partnering with Scrum teams and Release Train Engineers.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills, with experience translating complex technology topics into clear recommendations and business outcomes.
• Experience working in complex enterprise transformation environments, with SAFe, Jira, consulting/advisory, globally distributed teams, or regulated industry experience highly valued.
