- Agile Delivery & Escalations: Serve as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) within an Agile delivery team. Triage Tier-3 operational tickets and escalations, identify root causes, and build sustainable configuration fixes.
- Data Management & Inbound/Outbound Support: Utilize Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) tools for mass data loads, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with integration teams on Core Connector/web service touchpoints.
- Release & System Governance: Participate in the evaluation, regression testing, and deployment of Workday’s biannual feature releases, identifying opportunities to implement new capabilities.
Experience You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: Proven years of hands-on experience as a Workday Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Core, custom security configuration, and advanced Report Writer. Experience with EIBs is required.
- AI & Innovation Aptitude: Familiarity with or strong interest in Workday’s AI roadmap, automated features, and the practical application of AI in HR technology.
- Language: Advanced or fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory, as this role collaborates with global teams.
- Technical Depth: Demonstrated expertise with Calculated Fields, Complex Custom Reporting (Matrix/Composite), and EIB mass updates.
- Security & Governance: Solid understanding of Workday security models (Domain Security Policies, Business Process Security Policies).
- Workday Certifications are preferred.
