About the role
Hi!
We are Boosta, a holding tech company that creates, develops, and invests in digital businesses with global potential. Today, we collaborate with over 800 specialists from different parts of the world, and millions of users use our products and services.
We are currently looking for a strong HR Generalist to join our partner company, which is building products in the iGaming vertical. The company is driven by a team of professionals with 10+ years of industry experience, united by one clear goal: to create the best solutions on the market.
In the HR Generalist position, you will be responsible for:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
Work closely with the recruitment team, get involved in complex cases, and support the hiring of key specialists: Leads, Heads, and C-level. Develop and improve onboarding for Media Buying, VIP, and other areas. - Retention & Team Health
Conduct regular 1:1s and health checks, analyze the reasons for attrition, and identify the risks of losing key people. Provide the CEO with a transparent picture of the team's state and propose specific solutions to increase engagement and retention of team members. - HR Operations
Coordinate HR processes: team changes, vacations, sick leaves, and offboarding in line with company policies. Prepare HR reporting and freelancer payment requests, optimize manual processes, and implement solutions to automate them. - People Development & Manager Support
Support managers in handling complex situations, conflicts, and team retention issues. Help develop management skills, organize basic training and mentoring, and create development plans for key team members. - People Experience
Develop the experience of team members at the company: coordinate internal activities, English courses, greetings, and merch. Initiate new benefits and improvements that meet the team's needs and work format. - Employer Brand
Together with the CEO and Comms, develop the company's employer brand: create career materials, improve communication with candidates, and launch HR initiatives that help shape a recognizable image of the company as an employer.
Must-have experience for this role:
- Experience working with fast-growing teams amid active hiring and shifting priorities.
- Hands-on experience building or improving onboarding processes, analyzing staff turnover, and implementing retention initiatives.
- Experience partnering with managers: from resolving conflicts and complex people cases to developing teams.
- Understanding of the specifics of working with freelancers and distributed teams.
- Proactivity, systems thinking, and the ability to turn HR data into concrete business decisions.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Media Buying, Affiliate Marketing, iGaming, or related niches.
- Experience building an HR function and developing an employer brand from scratch.
- Hands-on experience automating HR processes.
- A strong professional network and participation in industry events and conferences.
We’ll definitely be a great match if you:
- think like an owner and take responsibility for results, not just the process;
- enjoy building systems from scratch rather than following predefined instructions;
- are ambitious and see yourself growing into more senior roles in the near future;
- feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is the norm;
- value autonomy and independence.
Selection process:
- Stage 1: Pre-screen.
- Stage 2: Technical Interview.
- Stage 3: Interview with CEO.
- Stage 4: Job Offer.
Why people choose us:
- competitive compensation is our principle — strong specialists deserve fair pay;
- a transparent bonus program tied to financial KPIs: when the company earns more, you earn more;
- real growth with us — those who join now get priority for leadership roles as the company scales;

Join and build an ecosystem of iGaming products with a team that’s driven to be first 🚀
