We're looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant who enjoys interacting with patients, has excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience required
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, patient-focused attitude
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Medical billing, medical receptionist, or healthcare VA experience preferred
- Insurance verification and claims experience is a plus
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is an advantage
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Willingness to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$5/hour during the first 90 days
$6/hour after 90 days
Biweekly payments via Wise
