Responsibilities:
- 🎨 Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- 🖌️ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively
- 📐 Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences
- 🔍 Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs
- 💡 Apply design thinking principles to solve complex problems and enhance product usability
- 📚 Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design quality
- 🧩 Ensure consistency across all digital products by maintaining design systems and style guides
Required Skills:
- 💬 Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
- 🏆 Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and visual design skills
- 🖥️ Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- 📊 Understanding of user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards
- 🤝 Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- ⏱️ Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- 🌟 Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating outstanding user experiences
