You will also be responsible for monitoring patient progress and providing ongoing support and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telehealth and experience in primary care or a related field. They should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate and effective care to patients remotely. A valid medical license in the state of New York is required.
