Technical Product Manager | About the Role

As a Technical Product Manager, you will lead strategic technology initiatives that drive business transformation, operational efficiency, and innovation across the organization. You will serve as the critical bridge between business and technical teams, translating business objectives into executable roadmaps while proactively identifying opportunities to expand value, improve processes, and accelerate outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with hands-on knowledge of AI-driven solutions, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices to successfully deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role requires a proactive leader who can move beyond task execution to anticipate future needs, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous innovation aligned with long-term business strategy.

Technical Product Manager | Day-to-Day

• Lead complex technology programs and strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and product teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination while proactively identifying opportunities to drive additional business value beyond defined project scope.
• Drive Agile delivery practices across cross-functional teams, facilitating planning sessions, prioritization discussions, status reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with AI, Cloud, DevOps, and engineering teams to support the delivery of modern technology solutions that enhance business capabilities and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor program health, delivery metrics, and organizational impacts while identifying emerging technologies, process improvements, and innovation opportunities that support future business strategy.

Technical Product Manager | Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Technical project Management, Project Management, Digital Transformation, or enterprise technology delivery roles.
• Experience leading AI-driven initiatives, including projects involving Generative AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, or intelligent business solutions.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, Agile delivery, software development lifecycles, and engineering collaboration.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including cloud modernization, infrastructure, application delivery, or cloud-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions, align cross-functional teams, and proactively identify opportunities for additional business value.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and portfolio delivery tools, including Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or similar program management platforms.
