What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field and at least 4 years of experience in technical program management, technical product management, engineering leadership, or a similar role.
  • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours to support seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in Sportsbook, iGaming, Trading, or another closely related data-intensive environment.
  • Experience using AI to improve workflows through agents, automation, or other reusable solutions.
  • Strong SQL skills and the ability to analyze data, validate assumptions, and turn insights into decisions.
  • Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Sigma and an understanding of data pipelines, extract-transform-load processes, and data architecture.
  • Strong technical communication skills with the ability to turn complex challenges into clear requirements and actionable plans.
  • A highly organized, self-directed approach to navigating ambiguity and building alignment across technical and business teams.
