Senior Software Engineer Terraform/GCP, Brazil

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering division. You will play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining robust cloud-native applications, taking ownership of the software lifecycle from concept to deployment in a modern, distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities:
    - Engineering Excellence: Build, enhance, and maintain high-performance applications while strictly adhering to security best practices and architectural standards.
    - Technical Leadership: Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor team members to ensure code quality.
    - Problem Solving: Proactively troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis.
    - Collaboration: Work within a distributed/hybrid setup to design innovative solutions. You will act as a key technical point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring requirements are translated into effective technical implementations.
    - End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full software development lifecycle, including manual/automated testing and technical documentation.

Requirements:
    - Language: Professional proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
    - Cloud & Infrastructure: Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
    - Core Development: Solid background in backend development using Java, Python, or Go.
    - Autonomy: Proven ability to deliver results with minimal supervision, navigating ambiguity to define technical requirements.
    - Mindset: A "Full-Cycle" engineering mindset—comfortable with coding, testing, automation, and documentation.
    - Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new technologies and optimize development processes through automation.

Additional experiences:
    - Hold any of the following GCP certifications: Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Professional Cloud Developer e Professional Cloud Network Engineer;
    - Hold Terraform certifications;
