Channel Strategy

  • Lead Data & AI Security strategy and pipeline motion in each partnership; Veeam Channel Managers retain relationship ownership.
  • Build rules of engagement, playbooks and frameworks that scale the overlay model.
  • Represent partners to internal teams to shape programs, incentives, and roadmap.

Executive Engagement & Planning

  • Secure partner executive sponsorship for the Data & AI Security practice that each plan requires.

Practice Development & Enablement

  • Recruit and activate partner sellers, engineers and services teams at scale.
  • Lead sales enablement across Data Security, DSPM, AI Security, AI Governance, Privacy and GRC.
  • Help partners build repeatable service offerings, sales plays and competitive positioning.

Measures of Success

  • Attainment of partner-sourced and partner-influenced Data & AI Security pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Number of strategic partners with an active, revenue-generating Data & AI Security practice, and growth in registered opportunities, net-new customers and average deal size.
  • Execution of joint business plans and the strength of executive alignment with partners and Veeam channel leadership.
  • Adoption of partner-led assessments, services and solutions, and partner participation in enablement and certification.
  • Scalability of the playbooks and programs developed, and their adoption across the wider channel team.
  • Forecast accuracy and return on partner marketing and enablement investment.

What You'll Bring:

  • Significant channel or alliances experience managing strategic or national-level partners.
  • A record of exceeding revenue targets through VARs, MSPs, and/or GSIs.
  • Success building a new practice within established partners in an overlay model.
  • Experience shaping channel strategy and executing it.
  • Executive presence with C-level partner leaders.
  • Command of partner-led selling, pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Cybersecurity, data governance, privacy or AI security expertise, fluent in DSPM, AI Governance and GRC.
  • Ability to turn technical capabilities into business outcomes and to influence without authority.
  • Experience mentoring peers and channel teams and guiding sales reps through partner processes.
  • Willingness to travel.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with DSPM, AI governance, privacy or GRC platforms.
  • Experience building partner-led services practices.
  • Security, privacy or cloud certifications (e.g., CIPP, CISSP).
