Senior Level Marketing Account Manager

In this role, you will serve as a trusted client partner, helping turn complex marketing and sales performance into clear direction, practical next steps, and meaningful progress for a portfolio of B2B clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing and sales data to identify needed changes and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
• Drive measurable progress and performance improvement for each client account.
• Build strong client relationships and lead video calls to resolve challenges.
• Communicate effectively with different types of B2B leaders and stakeholders.
• Delegate work and review deliverables to help maintain quality.
• Manage daily communications across multiple client accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B client account management experience.
• Hands-on experience with SEMrush, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience using HubSpot Sales Hub and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and manage daily communications across at least 10 client accounts.
• Availability during Central Time business hours.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment is a plus.
