Job Title:                        Senior Copywriter

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Copywriter is responsible for creating, evaluating, updating, and reviewing digital content across the end-to-end user journey on web and mobile platforms. The role focuses on delivering clear, engaging, consistent, and user-centred content that aligns with the brand's corporate identity (CI), content standards, and overall digital experience strategy.

SKILLS

• Strong copywriting, editing, proofreading, and content design skills.
• Experience in UX writing and creating content for digital platforms, including websites and mobile applications.
• Understanding of user-centred design principles and end-to-end customer journeys.
• Ability to interpret user research, data, and customer insights to inform content decisions.
• Knowledge of content strategies, style guides, content patterns, and governance standards.
• Proficiency in prototyping and collaboration tools such as InVision, Figma, and Jira.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, review, evaluate, and update content across digital channels, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience throughout the customer journey.
• Use evidence, data, user research, and customer insights to inform content decisions and improve the effectiveness of digital communications.
• Develop and maintain content in accordance with established style guides, content patterns, tone of voice, and brand guidelines.
• Use prototyping techniques and tools such as InVision and Figma to visualise content within digital interfaces and demonstrate how users interact with content.
• Ensure all content aligns with  corporate identity, brand guidelines, tone of voice, and communication standards.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of content strategies, policies, standards, and reusable content patterns.
• Support content improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing usability, accessibility, consistency, and the overall digital customer experience.
• Champion best practices in content design, UX writing, and digital communication across multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, UI designers, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver effective digital solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, content evaluations, and feedback sessions to ensure content meets user needs and business objectives.
• Manage and track content-related tasks, updates, and deliverables using tools such as Jira.
