SAP Treasury Principal Consultant

This is a remote position.

On behalf of our Client, a global consulting company which is expanding its SAP unit in Poland, we are looking for an SAP Treasury Principal Consultant, who will lead Treasury workstreams across the full lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA transformations - from discovery and solution design, through build and testing, to deployment and hypercare - working closely with Treasury, Finance, IT and Banking stakeholders. In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will:

• Leading SAP Treasury workstreams in S/4HANA transformation programs, owning the Treasury solution design and its quality;
• Leading Treasury discovery, fit-gap and design workshops with Treasury, Finance, IT and Banking stakeholders;
• Translating business requirements into SAP Treasury and Cash Management solutions, functional specifications and process designs;
• Guiding configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live (hypercare) activities;
• Working with technical teams on developments and integrations, incl. bank connectivity and payment flows;
• Shaping the Treasury solution approach in pre-sales: proposals, estimates and solution presentations;
• Managing client relationships up to Treasurer / CFO level and contributing to project governance and delivery excellence;
• Mentoring consultants and building the Treasury capability within the practice.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP Finance experience, including a strong SAP Treasury specialisation;
• Track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP Treasury implementations, ideally in S/4HANA, incl. a lead / workstream lead role;
• Strong knowledge of Treasury and Cash Management processes:
  • Bank Account Management;
  • Cash and Liquidity Management;
  • Payments and Bank Communications (e.g. Bank Communication Management, Multi-Bank Connectivity);
  • In-House Cash;
  • Transaction Manager;
  • Treasury Risk Management;
  • Hedge Management and Hedge Accounting;
  • Debt and Investment Management;

• Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO integration;
• Experience leading client workshops and engaging senior stakeholders;
• Client-facing consulting experience and ability to work independently in a consulting environment;
• Experience in mentoring and coaching consultants;
• Excellent English (Polish is an advantage); willingness to travel in Europe.

Nice to have:

• SAP Treasury and Risk Management or S/4HANA Finance certification;
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BTP or Treasury operating model design;
• Experience with Agile or SAP Activate delivery methodologies;
• Experience supporting global SAP transformation programs.
