About the role
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
·
- Processing / calling Leads generated for admissions at 21K School for various programmes offered in India and abroad.
- Proactively follow-up with leads and ensure effective, timely handling of all queries
- Ensure expertise in product information for effective sales call with Parents
- Update CRM promptly and prepare reports regularly as required from time to time
- Manage and ensure best productivity of sales team under the Lead.
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Fresher/1 Year Calling Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language
- Persuasive, Responsive and Proactive in working
- Willing to work from home with own laptop, mobile and hi-speed internet
- Must be able to join immediately or at a short notice
