Roadside Assistance Representative

This is a remote position.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls from motorists requesting roadside assistance
• Verify customer information, vehicle details, and service eligibility
• Dispatch towing companies and roadside service providers
• Coordinate services such as towing, jump starts, tire changes, lockout assistance, and fuel delivery
• Provide real-time updates on service arrival times and request status
• Reassure customers and remain calm during stressful situations
• Document service requests accurately while navigating multiple systems
• Deliver compassionate, professional customer service from start to finish

Hours Available

• 365 days a year
• 7 days a week
• 24 hours a day
