Duetoincreaseddemand,wearenowinterviewingforaqualified,experienced,anddedicatedLitigationParalegal.
Thisisaremote,contract-basedopportunityrequiring35–40hoursperweek,withthepotentialtotransitionintoapermanentfull-timeposition.
ParalegalRequirements:
Minimum5yearsofparalegalexperience
Stronglitigationexperience(experienceinanylitigationpracticeareawillbeconsidered)
Excellentdraftingskills,includingpleadings,motions,discovery,andotherlitigationdocuments
Strongunderstandingoflitigationprocedures,courtrules,anddeadlines
Experiencemanagingcasesandmovingmattersforwardindependently
Strongorganizationalandcasemanagementskills
Exceptionalattentiontodetail
Experiencewithcourtfilings,calendaring,anddeadlinemanagement
Abilitytohandlemultipleactivecasesandprioritizeassignments
Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
Highlydependable,accountable,andreliable
Strongworkethic,honesty,andintegrity
Self-starterwhocanworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision
Mustbeavailableforatleast35hoursperweek
Interestedinalong-termopportunitywiththepotentialtobecomeafull-timeemployee
Experienceinrealestatelitigation,landlord/tenantmatters,businesslitigation,orprobateadministrationisaplus,butnotrequired.
