- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Lead and manage Area Sales Managers and field teams
- Achieve regional revenue and profitability targets
- Expand dealer and distribution networks
- Build relationships with key distributors and enterprise customers
- Review sales performance and drive corrective actions
- Ensure healthy collections and inventory movement
- Collaborate with Marketing, SCM, Finance, and Leadership
- Analyze business performance using sales dashboards and KPIs
- Drive market expansion initiatives and new product launches
Requirements
- Strong leadership and business development skills
- Experience managing multi-state sales operations
- Excellent commercial and analytical acumen
- Ability to build and scale sales teams
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in Energy, Battery, EV Battery, Lithium Battery or similar sectors preferred
