About the role
Required Industry Experience: Prior work experience with an iGaming game provider is mandatory.

Language: Mandarin is the primary working language. Ability to read basic English documents is required.
Salary: 3,000 USD Negotiable based on skills, professional background, and relevant experience.

WORK INFORMATION
Work Location: Fully remote / Work from home
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (time zone to be confirmed)
Probation Period: 3 months
Work Equipment: Employees must provide their own work devices.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full project lifecycle for B2B or B2C platform development — from initial planning and requirements gathering through development, testing, launch and post-launch review.
- Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, including Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps and Product.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and resource allocation to keep initiatives on track.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks, escalating issues proactively where needed.
- Translate business and product requirements into clear, actionable execution plans for technical teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, dependencies and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and monitor costs against approved allocations.
- Ensure project documentation (plans, requirements, meeting minutes, change logs) is properly maintained and up to date.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools and best practices within the team.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and mentoring of project team members where required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, Product).
- Strong skills in project planning, timeline management, resource planning, risk management and cross-functional coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business/product requirements into structured execution plans for technical teams.
