  • Lead regular internal and client status meetings
  • Provide consistent written status updates
  • Escalate risks and issues that may impact project success

Project Close

  • Collect customer feedback and measure satisfaction

Continuous Improvement & Leadership

  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, cost savings, and profitability
  • Mentor and support other Project Managers as needed
  • Serve as a backup to department leadership when required

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple, complex projects
  • Proven ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives and stakeholders
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be able to travel as needed for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification
  • Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with loan origination processes, lending workflows, or financial institution operations, including familiarity with the loan lifecycle from application through closing and funding.
