Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Vision

   • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's goals and market demands.
   • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes.

2. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

   • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
   • Collaborate with enterprise, MSME, and startup customers to gather insights and ensure the product aligns with their unique needs.

3. Execution & Delivery

   • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
   • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.

4. Data-Driven Decisions

   • Define and track product performance metrics (KPIs) to assess success and drive continuous improvement.
   • Leverage data and analytics to refine the user experience and product performance.

5. Customer-Centric Focus

   • Advocate for customer needs and act as the voice of the user.
   • Conduct product demos and gather actionable feedback to iterate and improve.

Requirements

1. Experience

• 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, AI, or B2B platforms.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex products in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, marketplaces, and SaaS solutions.
• Proficient in creating product roadmaps, defining user stories, and prioritizing features.
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar project/product management tools.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI models, plugins, or workflows.
• Prior experience with startups or scaling B2B businesses.
