Job Overview

The Pre-Sales team at Macrobond is a client-facing team that supports financial professionals in getting the most out of our research systems, macroeconomic data, and financial analytics. Through product demonstrations, technical guidance, and day-to-day engagement, the team helps clients understand and use Macrobond effectively.

 

The team works closely with clients as well as colleagues across Sales, Customer Success, and Product. Clear communication and collaboration are central to how the team works, helping create a smooth and positive experience for clients at every stage of their journey.

 

From associates to senior specialists, the team brings together people with different backgrounds and levels of experience. It is a diverse and friendly team that values curiosity, teamwork, and continuous learning, with strong opportunities for professional development and career growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing In-Depth Product Knowledge: Gaining a comprehensive understanding of Macrobond's product line, including its functionality, design, and benefits.
• Customer Engagement: Interacting with customers to identify their needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Product Demonstrations: Conducting product demonstrations or presentations to clients and potential customers.
• Marketing Support: Assisting in the creation of promotional materials and product marketing strategies.
• Sales Collaboration: Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales objectives.
• Pre-Sale Support: Providing pre-sale support and feedback to customers.
• Market Monitoring: Keeping an eye on market trends and competitor products.
• Training: Training other staff members about the product details.
• Product Development: Assisting in product development and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Issue Resolution: Resolving product-related issues in a timely manner.
