It requires someone who can identify strong social opportunities, turn them into executable ideas, write compelling copy, manage and engage with the community, and help bring content from concept to live post.

This person should genuinely enjoy watching films and series—particularly western shows,

Comic-Con, and major fandoms like DC, Game of Thrones (GOT), The Pitt, The White Lotus, and The Last of Us. They should understand entertainment and fandom culture, be curious about audience behavior, and know how to build meaningful relationships with fans through timely, thoughtful, and brand-appropriate community engagement. • Attend in-person client briefings, meetings, shoots, or working sessions approximately two to three times per month.

  • Highly organized and disciplined about documentation, file management, task tracking, version control, and keeping shared platforms updated.
  • Able to navigate multiple tools and sources of information without losing accuracy, context, or attention to detail.

What you should know about VaynerMedia

Think “lab” and not “agency”. We get excited about solving business problems, not creating advertising for the sake of making advertising. Our entrepreneurship DNA runs deep. We’re willing to break rules, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means better understanding our craft. It’s fun!

Our environment (and pace) feels much more like a start-up than most agencies you might be used to. Hopefully that, and the opportunity to collaborate with the talented and enthusiastic crew, work with big brands excites you, as it does us. We can’t wait to meet you.

P.S Portfolio would be nice :)
