About the role
We’re looking for a podcast production specialist to own the monthly production and distribution of a business podcast with four new episodes each month. The pipeline already runs on Riverside, Descript, and Captivate.io, and much of it is automated. You’ll keep it running reliably, protect the quality of each episode, and bring ideas that take the show and the listener experience to the next level.
Contractor role with flexible hours (roughly 10 to 30 hours per week), paid for finished work. Pay of USD 10 to 15 per hour, paid every two weeks.
What you’ll do
Edit and master audio for each episode: noise reduction, levels, and clean transitions
Create and clean up transcripts in Descript
Upload, schedule, and distribute episodes through Captivate.io to all platforms
Write show notes with a summary, timestamps, guest bio, and links
Keep the four-episodes-per-month publishing rhythm on schedule
Deliver raw video to the YouTube Channel Growth Manager on an agreed handoff schedule
Define the show notes format, the intro and outro template, and the audio quality standard that clears an episode to publish
Share ideas to improve production and the listener experience, based on what’s working in podcasting today, including AI-assisted workflows
Handle occasional intro and outro refreshes and day-to-day pipeline troubleshooting
What you bring
Advanced English, C1 level or higher, written and spoken (required)
Proven experience producing, editing, and mastering podcast audio
Hands-on experience with Riverside, Descript, and Captivate.io, or comparable tools
Strong show notes writing
Attention to detail and reliability with recurring deadlines
Clear, proactive communication about production status
Spanish is a plus
Why you’ll enjoy it
Fully remote, open to candidates across Latin America
A steady monthly rhythm with a pipeline that’s already built
Hands-on support and feedback during your first month
Room to grow as the show and its scope expand
How to apply
Please include a portfolio or examples of podcast episodes you have produced or edited, and a few lines in English about your experience with podcast production.
Please include a short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) telling us why you are interested in this role.
