DUIT is helping a large public university retire its dependence on PeopleSoft for identity and provisioning decisions. You will find every place PeopleSoft identity flags and personas still drive access, define what replaces them, and help plan a safe, sequenced migration to Workday and Microsoft Entra ID. Position is contingent on contract award. Anticipated start: February 2027

​What You Will Get to Do:

• Inventory PeopleSoft identity flags, personas, user profiles, permission lists, roles, and population or service indicators.

• Trace how those flags feed downstream systems through Application Engine programs, Integration Broker, queries, interfaces, and scripts.

• Identify the service accounts and integration credentials PeopleSoft interfaces depend on.

• Define the attributes that must replace each flag in the future state and document gaps.

• Help design parallel-run testing, cutover, rollback, and decommissioning plans.

• Work with application owners and administrators to confirm dependencies.
• Inventory PeopleSoft identity flags, personas, user profiles, permission lists, roles, and population or service indicators.

Qualifications You Will Bring:

Minimum Required:

• 7+ years of PeopleSoft experience, including at least 3 years in PeopleSoft security administration.

• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions in a higher-education setting.

• Strong knowledge of PeopleTools security (user profiles, roles, permission lists, row-level security) and Integration Broker.

• Ability to read PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQL to trace data flows

Preferred:

• Experience with a PeopleSoft-to-Workday migration or a PeopleSoft decommissioning effort.

• PeopleSoft HCM or Financials security experience in addition to Campus Solutions.

• Experience with identity provisioning from student information systems.

Salary: $125,000–$145,000
