Online receptionist- German Language

Due tobusiness expansion, with our client in the hospitality industry, we are looking for a friendly, well-organized, andcommunicative person for the position of Online Receptionist, withstrong knowledge of the German language.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handling guest inquiries andreservations via CRM and phone
  
• Providing prompt and friendly customersupport
  
• Working with software tools such asApaleo, Umnify CRM, and MS Office
  
• Collaborating with teams acrossdifferent locations
  
• Recording guest interactions andtracking follow-ups
  
  

Requirements:

• Excellent command of German and English language (minimum B2 level)
  
• Previous experience in hospitality and customer support is an advantage
  
• Computer literacy (MS Office, email, calendar)
  
• Communication skills, politeness, and organizational skills
