Hiring manager: Ory Lidor, Head of QA
THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Specialist to join our team and take part in shaping Rounds’s automation infrastructure, AI innovations and overall quality of delivery. You will be a key part of laying the foundation of our automation practices and continuously drive for their coverage & technical capabilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, a great team player and excited to integrate AI innovation to the practice.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Test Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with cross functional teams to plan and translate test strategies into automated test suites.
- Automation Innovation: Design, develop & maintain scalable AI based automation framework for mobile applications.
- Continuously improve automated test suites to support complex testing scenarios across our applications.
- Integrate modern AI solutions into day to day workflows to improve operational efficiency & speed.
Requirements
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- +4 years of experience in automation & mobile application testing.
- hands-on experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Hands on experience integrating AI to automation workflows.
- Familiarity with tools like Appium, Maestro, Github Actions, Android Studio, ADB, Logcat.
- Creative problem solver with a proactive approach.

- Technical discussion with Head of QA : 60 minutes
- Final Interview: 30 minutes
